Fixed 250% Power Pre-Stretch Film Carriage
The powered film carriage mechanically pre-stretches the film at a fixed 250% ratio, helping reduce film consumption and improve load stability.
The pre-stretch ratio is determined by the installed sprocket configuration. It cannot be adjusted from the control panel but may be changed by replacing the adjustment sprocket with the appropriate option.
Film tension can be adjusted separately to achieve the desired wrapping force.
