Order need to be pre-paid 100% before shipping.

AZ-GROUP USA currently accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how the information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

Checks

Also you can send payable check for AZ-GROUP USA with your order number. Your order will sending to you after we accept your check.

We provide discount for payment by ACH/WIRE depend of the total amount of the order.

Payment for Custom made Option

Custom made options: FREEZER Option, PRESS option

Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.

Full payment is required for custom orders. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded.
