DELIVERY POLICY

STRETCH WRAP AND DISPENSERS

Stretsh wrap and dispensers can be shipped by UPS or FedEx.

All orders with stratch wrap or dispenser only are generally dispatched within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or FedEX Ground (continental U.S. only, excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US territories).
Any damages or shortages must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery date. The receiver is responsible to note any damages to a shipment with the delivery driver. Do not discard any packaging until the claim has been fully processed. (Carriers may inspect the packaging)
Stratch wrap or dispenser are not returnable.

All orders for Stretch Wrap and Dispensers containing Pallet Wrappers, Turntables or Ramps will be processed according to the rules for ordering with a pallet wrapper and will be shipped together with Pallet Wrappers, Turntables or Ramps by Freight company.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as shipping costs. Shipping cost according of your location and total weight of the shipment.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is FREE. We dont  give you additional handling and packing fees

At the moment handing time for all orders with Pallet Wrappers and Turntables  is up to 5 business days after receipt of payment.

You can carry out a local pickup only after confirming that the order is ready.

Any claims for damages of the package or equipment due to transportation will not be accepted.

FREIGHT DELIVERY

All Pallet Wrapper, Turntables and Ramp orders can be shipped by Freight companies only.

At the moment handing time for all orders with Pallet Wrappers and Turntables is up to 5 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping cost include handling and packing fees and calculated according of your location and total weight of the shipment. You will see a shipping cost in a shipping cart after registration on the website.

We do not offer other international shipping at this time.

After the shipment of the package, AZ-GROUP USA will send the Buyer an email with the tracking number and a picture of the package on email notifided during registration on website www.azgroupusa.com.

Upon receipt of the package, the Consignee is obliged to make sure that the package corresponds to the received picture and if there is any damage to the package and / or equipment, the Recipient is obliged to indicate all detected damage in the PROOF OF DELIVERY and inform AZ-GROUP USA about the presence of such damage by phone 844-442-9872 and / or email info@azgroupusa.com.

In the event that the packaging was damaged and the Consignee did not indicate the presence of damage in the PROOF OF DELIVERY, AZ-GROUP USA has the right to refuse any claims about damaged goods.

If the package has significant damage or any damage that the Consignee is not ready to accept, the Consignee must refuse the package. AZ-GROUP USA may send a replacement to the Buyer within 3 business days.

The Consignee is responsible for inspecting the cargo in terms of quantity and for informing AZ-GROUP USA if there are quantitative discrepancies within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the package.

In the absence of visible damage of the package, any claims about damaged during transport goods are accepted within 4 business days after receipt of the package.

If there is an indication of damage in the PROOF OF DELIVERY, claims about damaged during transportation goods are accepted within 10 business days.
