PAYMENT POLICY

Order need to be pre-paid 100% before shipping.

Credit Cards

AZ-GROUP USA currently accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how the information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

Personal Checks

Also you can send payable check for AZ-GROUP USA with your order number. Your order will sending to you after we accept your check.

DELIVERY POLICY

STRETCH WRAP AND DISPENSERS

Stretsh wrap and dispensers can be shipped by UPS or FedEx.

All orders with stratch wrap or dispenser only are generally dispatched within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or FedEX Ground (continental U.S. only, excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US territories).
Any damages or shortages must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery date. The receiver is responsible to note any damages to a shipment with the delivery driver. Do not discard any packaging until the claim has been fully processed. (Carriers may inspect the packaging)
Stratch wrap or dispenser are not returnable.

All orders for Stretch Wrap and Dispensers containing Pallet Wrappers, Turntables or Ramps will be processed according to the rules for ordering with a pallet wrapper and will be shipped together with Pallet Wrappers, Turntables or Ramps by Freight company.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as shipping costs. Shipping cost according of your location and total weight of the shipment.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is FREE. We dont  give you additional handling and packing fees

At the moment handing time for all orders with Pallet Wrappers and Turntables is up to 5 business days after receipt of payment.

You can carry out a local pickup only after confirming that the order is ready.

Any claims for damages of the package or equipment due to transportation will not be accepted.

FREIGHT DELIVERY

All Pallet Wrapper, Turntables and Ramp orders can be shipped by Freight companies only.

At the moment handing time for all orders with Pallet Wrappers and Turntables is up to 5 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping cost include handling and packing fees and calculated according of your location and total weight of the shipment. You will see a shipping cost in a shipping cart after registration on the website.

We do not offer other international shipping at this time.

After the shipment of the package, AZ-GROUP USA will send the Buyer an email with the tracking number and a picture of the package on email notifided during registration on website www.azgroupusa.com.

Upon receipt of the package, the Consignee is obliged to make sure that the package corresponds to the received picture and if there is any damage to the package and / or equipment, the Recipient is obliged to indicate all detected damage in the PROOF OF DELIVERY and inform AZ-GROUP USA about the presence of such damage by phone 844-442-9872 and / or email info@azgroupusa.com.

In the event that the packaging was damaged and the Consignee did not indicate the presence of damage in the PROOF OF DELIVERY, AZ-GROUP USA has the right to refuse any claims about damaged goods.

If the package has significant damage or any damage that the Consignee is not ready to accept, the Consignee must refuse the package. AZ-GROUP USA may send a replacement to the Buyer within 3 business days.

The Consignee is responsible for inspecting the cargo in terms of quantity and for informing AZ-GROUP USA if there are quantitative discrepancies within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the package.

In the absence of visible damage of the package, any claims about damaged during transport goods are accepted within 4 business days after receipt of the package.

If there is an indication of damage in the PROOF OF DELIVERY, claims about damaged during transportation goods are accepted within 10 business days.

RETURN POLICY

All Stretch Wrap and Dispensers are NON-RETURNABLE ITEM.
Mail to info@azgroupusa.com to receive an return number or complete the form on the back of the packing list and return the merchandise within 14 calendar days.

All returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Please note that shipping costs and processing payment fee are non-refundable and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


WARRANTY FOR PALLET WRAPPERS AND TURNTABLES


THE ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEM CONNECTED TO THIS PRODUCT MUST BE SET UP IN CONFORMITY WITH THE SAFETY STANDARDS CURRENTLY IN FORCE, EQUIPPED WITH A DIFFERENTIAL SWITCH AND AN EARTH CIRCUIT. THE VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE REQUISITES GIVEN ON THE IDENTIFICATION PLATE. 

THE USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLIANCE OF THE POWER SYSTEM WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOR ALL GROUNDING REQUIREMENTS. DO NOT USE EXTENSION CORDS TO OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT. DO NOT USE GFCI OUTLET.

All components used in the manufacture of pallet wrap equipment and associated parts by AZ-GROUP USA are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period 2 years from date of shipment.

Not covered by this warranty is normal wear of components such as, but not limited to; belts, chains, fuses, bulbs, etc., or misuse or abuse of the machine or any components thereof. As well, parts returned without the prescribed paperwork will not be covered by this warranty. Labor to remove or repair any component is also not covered by this warranty. Damage in transport is the responsibility of the carrier and is not covered under our warranty.

Except as stated herein, AZ-GROUP USA makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, nor does it assume or authorize anyone else to assume for it, any other obligation relating to AZIMUTH or equipment. This warranty does not apply to equipment that, in the opinion of AZ-GROUP USA, has been subjected to misuse, neglect, or has been repaired or altered by unauthorized personnel. All defective parts must be returned in their original state. Defective parts that have been disassembled or damaged during removal or otherwise tampered with will not be covered under warranty, unless otherwise stated in writing by AZ-GROUP USA. AZ-GROUP USA makes no warranty as to fitness of equipment for particular purposes. AZ-GROUP USA sole obligation under this warranty will be to provide for repairs to components or replacement of parts.

In the event of a warranty case, AZ-GROUP USA  may request a photo or a short video. Spare parts dispatch may take from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the type of parts. All spare parts would shipped by ground delivery only. Free Ground Delivery for spare parts work ONLY IN 48 LOWER STATES. Faster delivery or delivery out of 48 lower states need to be paid. Some broken parts need to be sent to our warehouse address.
